The West Central Area School District is involved in a statewide    campaign to raise public awareness on the availability of health      coverage through medical assistance, general assistance medical care and MinnesotaCare and to educate the public on the importance of   obtaining and maintaining health care coverage.

   An Application for Educational Benefits was sent out to all families with students enrolled in the West Central Area School District.  If you, as a family, were approved for either free or reduced-price meals, you may either call the Secondary School or your county’s Social Services department to receive an application for the Minnesota health care  programs and information on how to obtain application assistance.  Contact information is as follows:
